Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through our contact, volunteer and partnership forms, such as your name, email, phone number and message. Donations are processed by our donation platform, Zeffy, which collects the payment details needed to complete your gift; Arise Kind Hands does not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, process and acknowledge donations, send receipts, coordinate volunteering and share updates you have asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our website host and donation processor), or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop sending you communications, at any time by emailing admin@arisekindhands.org.
